I am an experienced C-Level startup executive with a strong foundation in the intersection of products and people: clinical studies, product launch, and early scale of novel medical technologies (or new feature introduction). I’ve led cross-functional teams as a startup CEO and have experience as a direct operator through every phase of medical technology development; from early-stage research to design thinking, regulatory, and through the first million dollars in revenue. My extensive travel and business operations in the US, Africa, Asia, and Europe provides experience in a wide variety of healthcare environments and ensures an expansive business network.

In addition to a focus on business profitability and my work helping save thousands of lives, I have received over 50 company-level awards, 25 direct personal awards, and 80 global press features.

I am passionate about increasing access to capital for women entrepreneurs and about improving glaring gaps in our US healthcare system, especially for women & minorities. I’ve been a regular keynote and panel speaker, a mentor in several entrepreneurship programs, serve on two Boards and am proud to be an advisor for a new medical device VC fund.
